This is why ANEXIA places at your disposal our Monitoring Service, through which those responsible for the correct functioning of your equipment will be permanently informed about any crashes that may take place in your systems, via email or SMS.

Whether your equipment is located on an internal network or the equipment is sited in remote locations (data centre, client premises, etc), you will immediately receive the alerts your company needs in order to proceed with the repair of the equipment or application that ceased functioning.

In addition, if your company has different people in charge of supervising critical equipment, they will be able to establish different timetable for alerts and the delivery method of same.

All this is managed via Web, with personalised technical assistance provided by our systems department, and you will therefore not only receive an alerts platform, but also the professional advice you need for the correct functioning of your systems.

How does it work?

The majority of IT equipment currently uses the TCP/IP network protocol, and applications use said protocol by means of specific “communication ports”.

The servers, for example, can use more than one application, and it is possible that, although the server continues to operate, an application may stop doing so, which in many cases may prove critical to your company.

Our monitoring services warn you not only when the equipment ceases to work, but also when one of the applications has ceased responding: we achieve this through monitoring the application ports.
