Our Hourly Coupons enable you to make use of the human and technical resources of our company when and how you need them, in accordance with your requirements. (Hardware, Software, Systems and Communications)

Services included:

  • IT and systems maintenance support within business hours (9:00 to 19:00 hours from Monday to Friday).
  • RESPONSE TIME: 8 working hours.
  • In-situ support on the client premises.
  • FREE visits to the client premises.
  • Telephone Support Help Desk (93 289 52 20).

** A cost of ½ hour TSS (Technical Support Service) will be calculated per incident resolved.
